Hello, I'm Usama.
I write software on my own. Small things, finished properly, built so they keep working long after I have moved on to the next one.
How I work
Three habits that shape everything I make.
Finished, not shipped
I would rather release one thing that is genuinely done than five that are nearly there. Nearly done is where most software quietly stops.
Built to outlive me
No accounts to lock you out, no servers to go down, and no company that has to still exist next year for your own work to open.
Tested by running it
Every build goes through a real browser at real screen sizes before it ships. Reading the code has never once caught what actually breaks.
A look around
Where the work happens, and what it looks like on the way there.
Working on something?
If you have an idea, a question, or something of mine that is misbehaving, write to me. There is no support desk here. It is one person, and I read everything myself.
